1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

2. Returns of Supplements

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed supplements unless the product is defective, incorrect, or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Eligible products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Do not send products back without receiving return instructions.

3. Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. For manual M-Pesa payments, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and circumstances of the request.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the communicated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with our delivery partner or supplier.
